How much do online piano lessons cost?
Single Lessons:
30 minutes: $35 (recommended for children)
1 hour: $60
Discounted Multi-Lesson Packages:
Five, 30-minute lessons: $160; Ten, 30-minute lessons: $310.
Five, 1-hour lessons: $275; Ten, 1-hour lessons: $525.
Rates are as of January 1, 2021. Payment for single lessons is due at the time of the lesson. Multi lesson packages should be purchased prior to the first scheduled lesson of the package.
Studio Policies
Payment Policy: Payment can be made via Venmo/Paypal
Rate Increases: Small annual lesson rate increases are possible and would be initiated at the beginning of the calendar year. A special notification will be sent out 30 days prior to the end of the year if the rate increase is to be more than 5%.
Student Cancellations: The first student cancellation (not including ‘Day-of-the-Lesson’ cancellations) each month will be rescheduled and the lesson made up. Makeups and rescheduled lessons are at the teacher’s discretion.
Cancellations on the day-of-the-Lesson: Except in an emergency, lessons that are canceled by the student on the actual lesson day will be not be made up. If the student is not available to join the online lesson at the scheduled time, it will be also considered a lesson day cancellation, and will not be made up.
Teacher Cancellations: These will be kept to a minimum, and lessons will be made up.
Terminating Lessons: When terminating lessons, please allow two weeks’ notice.
Young Students: Parents are encouraged to attend lessons with their children aged 12 and under.
